What You Will be Doing in Company ?
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other key stakeholders to create, define, develop, and provide world-class experiences for our users.
- Lead the design process from concept to ultimate handoff.
- Identify design issues and develop elegant solutions, making user-centered design decisions based on research and analytics.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and inventive designs for web and mobile software.
- Throughout the project lifecycle, advocate for the end user by doing user research and usability testing to fine-tune and improve the user experience.
- Encourage design principles, best practices, and standards.
- Execute in a fast-paced, quickly expanding startup environment
What skills do you require?
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX design experience.
- Expertise in Figma, as well as a solid understanding of other design programs like Zeplin and Photoshop.
- Demonstrated expertise and outcomes creating web and mobile applications, from consumer research and discovery to product launch and iteration.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous; capable of giving exact, high-fidelity requirements to engineering for development and then working with engineering through delivery.
- Experience in design thinking and user-centered design allows you to facilitate the entire design process while keeping the user at the forefront.
Experience Required : At least four years of expertise in UI/UX design with a demonstrated track record of high-quality design work.
